Positive: Location Negative: We had to refuse check-in at the property due to extremely poor and unacceptable room conditions. The room was very dirty: spiders in the corners, dust everywhere, leftover food in the microwave, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a supposedly non-smoking room. The bathroom and toilet were in terrible condition — dirty, rusty, and unhygienic. Due to this, we were forced to urgently find alternative accommodation, which caused stress, inconvenience, and extra expenses. We request a full refund for this reservation and appropriate compensation for the trouble caused.

Worth the price. Positive: The location was great. Nice and quiet. The price was great. Negative: The property was very outdated. It had no mirrors. There were a lot of weeds going up the stairs. Some windows had no curtains. There was no showerhead and the house could use a little bit more cleanup.
